Lewisburg Girls Basketball makes State Tournament second year in a row

The Lewisburg girls basketball team had another very successful season. After graduating four starters the previous year and having a very young starting lineup, the team still gained a third place medal in the district tournament. This accomplishment also earned them a pigtail spot in the state tournament where they took on North Schuylkill. Unfortunately, after such a hard fought game they fell short by just three points. A lot was done this year with such a young team and with having just one senior. The team has a lot to look forward to in the upcoming seasons.
